Live a landmark lifestyle at Chelsea Manor

Our story starts here in Tremont, one of Cleveland’s oldest and most historic neighborhoods. Located on the site of the former Cleveland University, many of the street names pay homage to its educational past. The heart of Tremont is Lincoln Park, just steps away on West 14th Street. The park gets its name from the history books, too—President Abraham Lincoln brought Union troops to the area during the American Civil War.

Tremont’s central location makes it a hotspot for restaurants, art galleries, and boutique shopping. Stroll down Professor Street for a little window-shopping, and stop for lunch at any one of the neighborhood’s unique restaurants. Fahrenheit on Literary is one of the City of Cleveland’s most popular restaurants, and Sokolowski's University Inn is a neighborhood favorite offering traditional Polish fare.

Tremont also features one of the largest concentrations of historic churches in America, from the beautiful Victorian architecture of St. Augustine’s Catholic Church to the distinctive onion domes of St. Theodosius Russian Orthodox Church.

Community engagement events abound in Tremont. The neighborhood hosts monthly art walks on the second Friday of each month as well as several festivals throughout the year. Lincoln Park holds the neighborhood pool and a picturesque gazebo where events are held. Visit the Christmas Story House to relive scenes from this iconic movie.

For those interested in exploring outside the neighborhood, Chelsea Manor has easy access to the I-71 Freeway and downtown Cleveland.
